Scope
This policy covers stalliondriversed.com and messages sent to support@stalliondriversed.com or (530) 630-9998. It does not cover the course enrollment, payment, classroom or login pages, which are a separate service (below).
Information this website handles
The public site does not ask for course login credentials or process payment cards. If you email or text Stallion, we receive the address or number, the message, and the information you choose to include. Hosting and security providers may process device, browser, IP address, request time, referring page, and similar technical logs. Only if you choose "Allow" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures page views and enrollment-link clicks, and Google Ads may use those clicks to measure whether our ads worked. Ad personalization is turned off: we do not use this data to show you ads based on your visits (remarketing), and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No names, email addresses, course-account data, or document contents are intentionally sent. If you choose "Decline", these Google tags do not load.
We use this information to operate and secure the website, answer questions, understand which guidance pages help, correct problems, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
When you continue to the course platform
Enroll and course-login links open the course platform, a separate service operated under California Internet Instruction license E0159 for Stallion School of Driving. It controls the information entered there, including student, account, payment, progress, support, refund, and certificate-delivery information, and shows its own privacy notice. Read that notice before submitting information. Stallion staff can see enrollment and completion records on that platform in order to help you.
Choices and requests
You may restrict optional cookies through browser controls; to change your banner choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload the page. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites (opens in a new tab). For access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, email support@stalliondriversed.com and describe the request; we will handle what this website holds and pass a course-platform request on for you.
Teens and parents
This site serves teens and parents. A parent or guardian should participate when a minor enrolls or sends personal information. Do not send identity documents, Social Security numbers, full card numbers, or course passwords to Stallion.
Retention, security, and changes
We keep support messages and technical records only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, or operational purposes. No system is perfectly secure. Material policy changes will appear on this page with a new effective date.
