Stallion provides the guidance on this site and sells the course. Enrollment, payment and the course itself run on our course platform, under the terms shown there.

What this site is
Stallion Drivers Ed is operated by Stallion School of Driving (California DMV license E0271). It provides California-focused educational content and sells the 30-hour online driver education course taught under California Internet Instruction license E0159. Enrollment, payment processing, course access, progress tracking, completion processing and DL 400C mailing run on the course platform, a separate service; Stallion School of Driving sells the course under its agreement with that platform.
Website use
Use this site lawfully and only for personal information and course-evaluation purposes. Do not disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape it at harmful volume, impersonate another person, or submit malicious material. Parents or guardians should supervise a minor's enrollment decisions.
Course transactions and support
Enrollment and payment occur on the course platform and are governed by the terms and notices presented there. The price shown here applies to Stallion's enrollment page; confirm the final amount before payment. Questions about a transaction, a refund, access, progress or a certificate go to Stallion at (530) 630-9998 or support@stalliondriversed.com, and we handle them with the course platform on your behalf.
Accuracy and no guarantees
We work to keep course facts and California guidance accurate, but rules, fees, forms and service conditions may change. California DMV pages control DMV requirements. This site does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee course completion, certificate timing, permit eligibility, a passing score, a DMV appointment, or issuance of any license.
Content rights
Stallion's site text, visual system, and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Government materials and third-party names, marks, course content, and services remain their owners' property. Linking does not transfer ownership.
Responsibility
Use current official sources and exercise reasonable judgment. To the extent permitted by law, Stallion is not responsible for a DMV decision, third-party outages, mailed-item delays, or losses caused by relying on outdated or incomplete information after a current source was available. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that law does not allow parties to exclude.
