Learning to drive in Wildomar: new signals on Bundy Canyon Road and a wider Palomar Street
Several Wildomar intersections are getting new or rebuilt traffic signals. The city's Bundy Canyon Road signal project (opens in a new tab) adds a signal at Bundy Canyon Road and Harvest Way. It also changes the signals at Bundy Canyon Road and Orange Street, and at Grand Avenue and Corydon Road. The projects were expected to wrap up at the end of September 2026. Slow down at corners that just got signals. If the lights are ever dark, stop as you would at an all-way stop sign.
Palomar Street changed a lot during a recent widening. The city's Palomar Street project (opens in a new tab) added a northbound lane, bike lanes, sidewalks and a multipurpose trail. It also put new traffic signals at Wildomar Trail and at Gruwell Street. Construction began in February 2025 and ended in July 2026. With bike lanes and a trail beside the road, glance back for bike riders on your right before you turn.
The path to a license in Wildomar
